Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about roofing, gutters, insurance claims, and our process
1What should I do if I have had hail or wind damage in my area?
If you're a homeowner and think you may have damage, the first thing you should do is call All Around Roofing and Gutters for a roof inspection. If you need repairs the next step would be to file a claim through your insurance and name us as the local roofer repairing your roof.
2Can my roof be repaired?
When damage is limited to small areas, we can usually fix it. For example, a leak over your kitchen or bathroom could easily be the result of isolated damage to an otherwise healthy roof. Pretty much any type of damage confined to a small area can be repaired by us.
3How long will it take to replace my roof?
In general, the roof of an average residence (3,000 square feet or less) can be replaced within a day. In extreme cases, it can take three to five days. Sometimes weather, complexity, and accessibility of your home can delay the roof repair or replacement.
4Why do I need gutters?
Gutters are designed to divert water away from your home and roof. They protect your foundation, prevent erosion to your landscaping, and help to keep your basement dry.
5Why would my insurance company replace my roof?
Most homeowners insurance policies cover roof replacement if the damage is due to an act of nature or sudden accidental event.
